The Norwegian School of Sports Medicine (2020) published a research study conducted to large number of men and women, a sample of 44,000 for duration between 4 and 14 ½ years on the relationship between exercise and longevity. The study found that it would only takes less than 1% of our daily life to exercise regularly and that would help us to increase our lifespan. It takes 11 minutes of moderate exercise to equip you with some long-term health benefits and longevity.
During the course of this study, 7.84% of the participants passed on. However, those people who worded out 58% of an hour (35 minutes) had showed positive results on joint health. A joint is the connection between bones that allows you to bend. People may face joint pain when the bones rub each other due to the damage on the smooth tissue called cartilage.

In this study showed that people who exercised a minimum of 11 minutes a day could see some benefits. Busy and hectic lifestyle, overwhelming workloads, long hours of travelling and facing relationship or family issues could lead to hazardous health condition. According to Annals of Internal Medicine journal described that people who worked desk jobs are twice as likely to face premature death.
People find it difficult to commit for a long duration of workout but people would probably able to commit for short time exercise. For example, 11-minutes of light exercises, this makes them to be much healthier and lighter. To perform your regular duties effectively and efficiently, you have to be healthy. According to another study conducted by Harvard University that doing regular house work such as brisk walks, mopping, vacuuming, moving the lawn, light bicycle ride or light movement could make yourself healthier. Another approach for you to keep your mental health and physical health attuned is to spend some time in nature. Perhaps, you could do your morning or evening walks at the garden or green parks.
To kick-start your regular exercise you must set your goal crystal clear. Start your morning with short and yet effective exercise from your bedroom. You can do your stretching using your mattress. Just before you wake-up for breakfast start your non-equipment based stretching. Majority of mattresses are made of flexible surface which is beneficial for building core strength, improving balance, flexibility and toning the your abs and glutes. Stretching on bed can help you to reduce your body fat and makes you energized in the morning.
